Get results from MyChart

Pick your hospital or clinic, then sign in to MyChart on its own page. Bloodwork Ledger gets read-only access to your lab results, and they come straight to this device.

Not listed, or not on MyChart? Most patient portals have a Download my record or Health summary option. Import that file with Import results and it's read on your device.

Invite code

Reading reports automatically uses a service run by whoever shared this app with you. Enter the invite code they gave you. Typing results by hand works without one.

Privacy

How your results are handled

Your results stay on this device. They are saved in this app's private storage on your phone or computer. There is no account and no copy on a server.

Smart import. When you press Read results, the report you chose is sent once to Anthropic's Claude to be read, and the extracted values come back to your device. The report isn't stored by this app's server.

Keep a backup. If you delete the app or lose your phone, your results go with it. Use “Save a backup” now and then, and keep the file somewhere safe, such as iCloud Drive, Google Drive or email to yourself.

Not medical advice. Bloodwork Ledger keeps a record of your results. Talk to your doctor about what they mean.
